As our Referral Benefits Coordinator, Crystalgayle is passionate about helping patients navigate the insurance process with confidence and clarity. She takes pride in advocating for every patient, working diligently to ensure they receive the benefits and coverage they deserve. With a patient-centered approach, she strives to remove barriers to care and make every step of the referral and insurance process as smooth as possible.
Outside of work, Crystalgayle is an active member of Whidbey Island Roller Derby, where teamwork, perseverance and community involvement are at the heart of everything they do. The league is committed to giving back through initiatives such as maintaining an adopted trail at Deception Pass and organizing community “garbage walks” to help keep local beaches and trails clean and beautiful.
Family is also a big part of Crystalgayle’s life. She and her husband were married in 2020 and share a wonderful blended family of five children. Together, they enjoy supporting one another, creating lasting memories and embracing all the adventures that come with a busy family life.
Whether advocating for patients, volunteering in her community, or competing on the roller derby track, Crystalgayle brings determination, compassion and a fighting spirit to everything she does.
