Alicia Kaump-Clark

Alicia Kaump-Clark joined our team in January 2021. She’s a new Navy spouse that moved to Whidbey Island from the metro Detroit area in the fall of 2021 and immediately fell in love with our island. She brings us 5 years of experience working in medical administration and has assumed the role of patient care coordinator, managing our provider’s busy clinical schedules and ensuring all your needs are met during your visit. She’s recently been enrolled into the Audiology Technician program and is excited to finish her training and take over cleaning and maintenance operations.

Kristine L. Jarrell AuD

Dr. Kristine Jarrell is a board-certified audiologist bringing over 25 years of expertise to Whidbey Island. She received her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Western Washington University in 1995 before completing her Doctorate at Arizona School of Sciences in 2004. Her career began in 1995 working for an otolaryngologist in Coupeville, WA. She worked in occupational audiology having managed the hearing conservation program at Oak Harbor’s Naval Hospital, giving her a profound respect for our military and all who serve, both active and retired. Always dedicated to serving her community, she co-owned a private audiology practice in Oak Harbor for 9 years before opening her own private practice in Coupeville, WA. Dr. Jarrell has a beautiful family of men, including a mini Dachshund, Finnegan. She has a sincere, infectious personality that will have you leaving your visit with a smile.

Lisa Sanchez

Lisa Sanchez is a Whidbey Island native who joined Hearing Health Services in September 2017. She completed her Audiology Technician certificate in 2019 and her Hearing Instrument Specialist degree in 2022. She now joins Dr. Jarrell as our second clinical provider! She’s our practice manager, as well as coordinates clinical operations and staff, insurance and billing operations, marketing opportunities, special events and hearing aid cleanings, maintenance, and repairs.

Barbara Farrell

Barbara Farrell joined Hearing Health Services in February 2020. She is a proud dog-mom of two mini Dachshunds and comes to us from Oak Harbor. She coordinates our referrals and insurance verification, providing administrative support and customer service with a warm, genuine smile. Her exceptional customer service and attention to detail makes her an asset to our family.
